2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enquiring about or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this agreement. Use of our website and services by anyone under 18 is not permitted.
3. Service Description
We provide structured financial education programmes delivered online (with in-person components for the Family Office Foundations programme) to adults based in or connected to Thailand. Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, financial product recommendations, or regulated financial services.
All our course content is designed to build knowledge and support considered decision-making. It does not take into account your individual financial situation and should not be treated as a substitute for personal professional advice.
4. Enrolment
Enrolment in any programme is subject to availability and intake assessment. We reserve the right to decline enrolment where a programme does not appear to be a suitable fit for a prospective learner's current circumstances, though we will always explain our reasoning clearly and suggest alternatives where possible.
Enrolment is confirmed when we send you written confirmation and receipt of payment. Access to programme materials and sessions begins on the date specified in your confirmation.
5. Payment
- All programme fees are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (THB).
- Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing for advanced programmes.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.
- Fees are inclusive of all programme components listed in the programme description — sessions, materials, individual consultations, and follow-up provisions.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel more than 14 days before your programme start date, you will receive a full refund of your fee.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, we will refund 50% of the fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the programme start date are not eligible for a refund. We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to a future cohort.
- If we cancel a programme before it begins, we will offer a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
- No refund is available once a programme is underway, except in exceptional circumstances assessed individually.
7. User Responsibilities
As a learner, you agree to:
- Participate in sessions with consideration for other learners in the cohort.
- Not record, share, or reproduce session content without our prior written consent.
- Not distribute printed materials to individuals who have not enrolled in the programme.
- Disclose relevant personal financial circumstances accurately when asked, so that individual consultations and worksheets can be appropriately tailored.
- Not use programme content or instructor guidance as a basis for specific financial transactions without seeking independent professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All programme content — including session recordings, printed guides, worksheets, and digital materials — remains the intellectual property of Ayutthaya Learning. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any programme content.
9. Disclaimers
Our programmes provide financial education and are not a form of regulated financial advice. We do not recommend specific financial products, investment strategies, or advisors. Any examples or scenarios used in teaching are illustrative and do not constitute personal recommendations.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of programme content, financial regulations and taxation rules may change. We accept no liability for decisions made based solely on programme content without independent professional verification.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any programme or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from your participation in a programme or your use of our website.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared in individual consultations and personal financial discussions as confidential. We will not disclose your personal financial disclosures to other learners, programme partners, or third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
12. Termination
We may terminate your access to a programme without refund in exceptional circumstances, including conduct that significantly disrupts other learners or constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will provide written notification and explanation.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For enrolled learners, material changes will be communicated directly.
